Are you a factory or a trading company?+

Funroad Display is a custom display fixture manufacturer based in Shenzhen. We coordinate design development, engineering, manufacturing, quality control, packing and project support.

What types of display fixtures do you manufacture?+

We work on jewelry and watch showcases, cosmetic counters, phone and electronics displays, fashion fixtures, optical displays, reception desks, cashier counters, kiosks and other custom retail furniture.

Is there a minimum order quantity?+

Most products are made to order. A prototype or one set can be discussed, while larger quantities usually provide better production efficiency and unit pricing.

Can you provide design support?+

Yes. Send the shop dimensions, floor plan, brand guidelines, reference images and fixture requirements. Our team can support layout development, 3D concepts and production drawings according to the agreed project scope.

What information is needed for a quotation?+

Please provide dimensions, quantity, materials or finish preferences, lighting requirements, logos, destination, target schedule and any drawings or reference images.

How long does production take?+

Lead time depends on project size, quantity, materials, finish, hardware and approval progress. A project-specific schedule is provided after the design and specification are confirmed.

How do you control quality?+

Materials and workmanship are checked at key production stages. The exact inspection plan depends on the fixture construction, finish, glass, lighting, hardware and packing requirements.

How are fixtures packed?+

Packing is selected according to product size, fragility and shipping method. It can include protective film, foam, corner protection, cartons, plywood cases and reinforced supports.

Can you arrange international shipping?+

Shipping can be coordinated according to the destination and commercial terms agreed for the project. Customers may also use their nominated freight forwarder.

What after-sales support is available?+

We provide project documentation, installation guidance and communication support for issues identified after delivery, subject to the agreed contract and warranty terms.
